On behalf of our client, we are hiring a Senior Marketing Executive - Digital Paid Ads to support their global
digital marketing operations. Our client is a premier multi-brand organization operating within the international automotive aftermarket industry, managing a high-performing e-commerce portfolio across key global regions including the US, UK, Australia, and Europe.
Joining the team as a Senior Marketing Executive - Digital Paid Ads , you will lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel paid media campaigns while carrying out a hands-on operational workload across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms. You will own campaign hygiene, budget pacing, conversion tracking integrity (GTM, GA4, CAPI), and structured A/B testing while mentoring junior PPC team members and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize commercial ROAS and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Channel Operations: Lead day-to-day hands-on campaign builds, account hygiene, bid optimization, and operational performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and TikTok.
Paid Search &
Shopping Excellence: Execute Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Display campaigns, maintaining Google Merchant Center product feed health and keyword negative governance.
Paid Social Strategy: Oversee Meta &
TikTok paid social strategies across prospecting, targeting, and catalog/Advantage+ setups while monitoring ad fatigue and briefing creative assets.
Budget Management &
Pacing: Manage spend pacing across brands and regions to ensure monthly budgets land on target with zero unplanned overspend or under spend.
Tracking &
Data Integrity: Own conversion tracking setups across Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta CAPI, and server-side tracking, ensuring absolute data alignment across platforms.
Testing &
Conversion Optimization: Design and run structured A/B testing programs (ad copy, creative, bid strategies, landing pages) to optimize Conversion Rates (CRO) and user acquisition.
Reporting &
Strategic Insights: Produce actionable performance reports (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Impression Share) and deliver competitor auction insights to executive leadership.
Team Mentorship &
Standards: Guide and mentor PPC team members, reviewing campaign quality, building SOPs, launch checklists, and execution QA standards.
Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns in an in-house or agency environment, with proven expertise in both Paid Search and Paid Social (mandatory).
Advanced technical mastery of Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager;
experience with Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong proficiency in Google Merchant Center, product feed health optimization, catalog management, and e-commerce shopping workflows.
Hands-on technical expertise in conversion tracking implementation and QA using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta CAPI, and server-side setups.
Proficiency with reporting and project management tools, including Looker Studio, GA4, Asana, Trello, or [protected info]
Industry certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are strongly preferred.
Nice to have: E-commerce platform experience (Shopify, Magento), multi-region campaign management (US, UK, AU), basic HTML/CSS, and automotive aftermarket domain knowledge.
Proven capability to work autonomously at a senior level, owning end-to-end delivery with minimal oversight.
Demonstrated capability in guiding, reviewing, and mentoring junior PPC team members and coordinators.
