Role Description
1. Marketing Strategy Planning
Support the Marketing Manager in developing annual and seasonal marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Develop integrated marketing plans based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives.
Plan marketing campaigns, including objectives, target audience, marketing channels, budget allocation, implementation timeline, and expected outcomes.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities and recommend effective marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign implementation and recommend improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness."
2. Partnership
Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities with commercial brands, IP owners, tourism organizations, retailers, cafés, and other business partners.
Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, visitor traffic, and revenue.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with external partners while continuously exploring new collaboration opportunities.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives."
3. Digital Campaign Execution
Plan and execute
digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google, YouTube, Zalo, and other digital platforms.
Manage digital marketing budgets and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective campaign execution.
Optimize campaign delivery through audience targeting, creative recommendations, channel selection, and budget allocation.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign performance.
Support seasonal campaigns, promotional events, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives through digital channels."
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus."
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Marketing.
Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns from planning to implementation.
Strong experience in partnership marketing, brand collaboration, or strategic alliances with external partners.
Hands-on experience in digital marketing campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, or other major digital platforms.
Experience in retail, shopping malls, tourism, entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle, or FMCG is highly preferred."
Strong knowledge of integrated marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution.
Experience in partnership marketing and business collaboration.
Good understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and other major digital channels
