1. General Responsibilities
• Responsible for implementing Marketing activities across the Group and its member companies.
• Provide advice and recommendations on marketing plans to the CMO/CEO.
• Coordinate marketing activities among the Group's entities to ensure consistency in strategy, brand image, and effectiveness.
2. Marketing Planning & Execution for the Group
• Analyze the market, products, and target customers of each entity within the Group.
• Propose monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans for each entity and for the Group as a whole.
• Coordinate with the CMO/CEO to adjust and implement marketing plans.
3. Digital &
Trade Marketing (Group-wide)
• Implement
digital marketing activities across the Group, including:
• SEO, content, social media, website, and online advertising.
• Manage content and brand image across the Group's communication channels.
• Develop ideas and coordinate the design of catalogues, brochures, POSM, and sales materials for the Group's entities.
4. Events, Seminars & Exhibitions (Group Level)
• Plan and implement marketing events for the Group, including seminars, customer conferences, industry exhibitions, and roadshows.
• Develop event concepts, scripts, timelines, and budgets for individual entities and the Group as a whole.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical teams, and member companies to execute events.
• Evaluate event effectiveness based on key indicators such as number of attendees, leads, cost per lead (CPL), and impact on sales.
• Report event results and propose improvements for the Group's event activities.
5. Marketing Performance Measurement & Optimization for the Group
• Monitor marketing budgets for each entity and for the Group as a whole.
• Establish and track marketing KPIs for the Group, including traffic, leads, conversion rate, CPL, CPA, and SEO rankings.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns of each entity.
• Propose solutions to optimize costs and improve marketing effectiveness.
6. Internal Coordination & Support to the CMO/CEO
• Coordinate with departments and member companies within the Group, including Sales, Technical, HR & Administration, and IT.
• Consolidate marketing data to support the CMO/CEO in decision-making.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the CMO/CEO.
1. Education & Professional Qualifications
• Professional Qualifications
• College/University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Marketing; experience working in a Group structure or with multiple product lines is preferred.
• Experience in implementing digital marketing, trade marketing, and organizing events/seminars.
