JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Leasing Executive to join our team in Hanoi. The job holder will carry out marketing and leasing efforts for the company's assets, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in real estate marketing and/or leasing, preferably in the industrial sector, and should be able to communicate in Chinese and Vietnamese.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform marketing activities for the assets owned by the Group.
• Organize and manage marketing seminars and events.
• Generate leads, engage, and negotiate with potential prospects for leasing industrial space owned by the Group.
• Participate and manage the entire process from lead generation to the handover of industrial space.

Yêu cầu

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of real estate marketing experience, preferably in the industrial asset sector.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and Vietnamese. English would be a plus.
• Possess a strong network with business associations, real estate consultants, government promotion agencies, and other relevant business agencies.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in Hanoi and travel as required.
