Senior Marketing Manager (Priority Candidates with Experience In Education Industry)

*** Main responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Own, develop and oversee 360 marketing strategy to 10x leads via both online and offline channels, including but not limited to digital ads, SEO, content, social media, referrals, KOLs/KOC and offline events
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Create and manage detailed marketing execution plan, including target setting, tracking, and optimizing performance
• Be the guardian of Geniebook's brand and messaging, ensuring coherent product messaging that resonates with target audience
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from Curriculum, Sales, Learning Advisors and Product to ensure alignment regarding cross-functional project objectives, goals, timeline management and resource allocation.
• Liaise with external partners and institutions to identify and expedite on collaboration opportunities
• Report to senior management in Singapore headquarters to update on progress, performance, key projects and opportunities for growth
2. Market Intelligence and Reporting
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) to identify risks and opportunities
• Be the expert on customer behaviour & purchasing journey and use user insights to drive marketing campaigns and messaging
• Conduct reports and analyses across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better results
3. Management & Leadership:
• Build, lead and train the marketing team to execute on marketing plan
• Manage and optimise marketing budget across all channels
• Create clear SOPs and implement strong project management and performance tracking protocols for the marketing team
• Inspire and promote a growth-mindset and build a culture of trust and collaboration.
