Mô tả công việc
A. Strategic Planning & Execution:
1. To propose oversee 360 marketing strategy including target setting, tracking, and optimizing performance and implementing execution plan, via both online and offline channels, including but not limited to digital ads, SEO, content, social media, and offline events.
2. To build and ensure the consistency of the brand identity then lead and ensure successful execution of brand operational plans to drive the brand strategy and achieve brand goals.
3. Manage and optimize marketing budget across all channels.
4. Effective cross-functional collaboration and working to ensure the brand management (strategic development, tactical implementation, P&L management, new market assessment...)
5. Partner with R&D Department and other relating department to roll out innovation projects.
6. Conduct regular calls with commercial leads & strategic distributors to provide promptly support to markets.
7. Continuously review market trends, consumer trends, and competitors to optimize marketing activities, campaigns, messaging and fuel internal product innovation.
8. Lead agency partners (media, creative, digital, social, PR, shopper, etc.) to launch campaign on time with high quality and ROI.
9. Organize, participate & promote brand & company product/image at trade fairs & expo.
10. Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) to identify risks and opportunities.
11. Conduct reports and analyses across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better results.
12. Perform other marketing works as assigned and directed by BOD.
B. Leadership management:
13. To propose and monitor operational planning & budgeting and human resource planning
14. Build, lead, and train the marketing team to execute on marketing plan.
15. Create clear SOPs and implement strong project management and performance tracking protocols for the marketing team.

Yêu cầu công việc
Key qualifications:
1. Have at least 06 working experiences in a similar position at large companies and multinational corporations. Beverage and milk sector is preferred.
2. Having certificates related to Communications, Marketing, and Foreign Affairs is an advantage.
3. English: fluent in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing, Chinese as a plus.
4. Ability to identify target customers, plan creatively and lead marketing campaigns in an engaging, educational, and motivating way.
5. Excellent communication, diligence, and attention to detail
6. Effectively communicating with various organizational functions.
7. Further sales skills like persuading/convincing, analysis
8. Strong leadership skills to manage and train marketing team.
9. Strong Team player with positive working attitude.
