Senior Mechanical Technician (Supervisor Level)- Hanoi Brewery_ Vân Tảo, Thường Tín, Hà Nội

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Ensure production of allocated line/ processes during allocated shift, Key performance indicators in allocated line/ processes & shift are implemented and followed-up, Ensure the support to (higher level) maintenance (reactive and preventive) tasks on all machines/areas. Make decision related to Quality/Maintenance in his/her areas which handed over by APM step.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Safety, food Safety and sustainability
- Systematically drive safety improvements and raise safety awareness among colleagues to prevent accidents /incidents /near misses.
- Maintain the equipment and work in line with the defined and implemented safety, hygiene, food safety & sustainability standards.
- Apply 5S, housekeeping, HACCP related to the workplace.
2. Quality of the process and product
- Take initiative for corrective/ preventive measures. Initiate improvement activities, in case of deviation according to respective standards and procedures.
3. TPM and continuous improvement
- Lead tagging / de-tagging process / system(s). Initiate starting of improvement activities and leads them.
- Lead 5S, tagging process, CILT, applied problem solving tools in the shop floor. - Participate or leads improvement teams.
4. Equipment management
- Operate trouble shooting & maintenance all machines of allocated line/ area. Execute maintenance of all machines.
- Take initiatives and is actively involved in improving equipment performance.
- Write & train the new machine Standards/SOP
5. Process management
- Operate and execute all operational process(es) on machine in line with the valid standards and procedures (in standard and non-standard conditions).
- Manage documentation and reporting (systems) of the area of working till his / her level of authority.
- Understand and manage how machine is functioning and influencing the process. - Lead the continuous improvement activities, in case of significant deviations report to Team Leader.
