Principal Accountabilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness for our cosmetic brand's E-commerce platform.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, paid social media, and affiliate marketing, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the
digital marketing landscape.
• Optimize website and landing page experiences to improve conversion rates and maximize customer lifetime value.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and proactively recommend innovative strategies to enhance the brand's digital presence.
• Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance guidelines related to digital marketing and ensure the brand's activities align with legal and ethical standards.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in E-commerce and digital marketing platforms, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities for their implementation.
