Create and enhance long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities.
Provide advice and suggestions on product design to facilitate cost-saving and enhance product sales.
Manage the team to achieve the division's business objectives and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Establish and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to meet customers' current and future business needs.
Develop new business opportunities with customers.
Manage the team's merchandising activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing processes.
Monitor sales performance, budget analysis, and implementation.
Propose and implement solutions to achieve sourcing strategies for specific items.
Develop a strong, trusting relationship with cross-functional teams to build true partnerships and consistent goals.
Coach and develop a quality team, including succession planning and regular performance reviews to address personal growth and development needs to foster a productive and focused team.
Maintain ongoing and regular communication with vendor contacts, including resolution of delivery issues with the vendor base.
Obtain accurate factory profiles from the vendors and partner with Corporate Compliance to ensure vendor files are current.
Manage orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience in Hardline (e.g., Furniture, home décor, houseware...), European & US market.
Experience working with giant retailers in the European market with high purchasing volume is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiarity with merchandising and product development processes.
Business driver, able to work under pressure, result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive, and detail-minded.
Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Well-organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Literate in Microsoft Office programs.
Occasional travel is required.
