ABOUT US:
We are a young company operating in the retail sector, specializing in premium consumer goods and seeking a candidate who embodies the following criteria: Discipline - Collaborative - Flexible - Productive.
With a focus on data-driven operations, we are currently in the process of building our ERP system to streamline our business processes and enhance decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of our merchandise team, the Senior Merchandise & Assortment Planner, you will play a vital role in driving the success of the company's merchandise strategies.
1. Merchandise Planning (40%):
- Develop and execute comprehensive merchandise plans in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the buying team to determine product assortment, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and profitability to optimize merchandise assortment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Make data-driven recommendations for assortment adjustments, promotions, and markdown strategies.
2. Assortment Planning (40%):
- Define and manage product assortments based on customer preferences, market trends, and historical sales data.
- Analyze sales patterns and category performance to identify opportunities for assortment enhancements and optimization.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to negotiate terms, pricing, and exclusivity agreements.
- Develop seasonal assortment plans, including product line strategies, product mix, and SKU rationalization.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate assortment performance, making recommendations for assortment changes and new product introductions.
3. Space Planning (20%):
- Design and manage the overall store layout to optimize shopping experience and merchandising effectiveness.
- Allocate space effectively for different product categories and assortments.
- Measure the performance of layouts and propose improvements to enhance selling capabilities and store attractiveness.
4. Visual Merchandising (10%):
- Support in designing and implementing product display campaigns.
- Create visually appealing and engaging product display models.
- Evaluate the performance of display campaigns and propose necessary improvements.

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Proven experience in merchandise planning and assortment management within the retail industry. Having a background in FMCG is a plus.
- Experience in building planogram and POG is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Knowledge of retail math, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in using merchandise planning and assortment management software tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
