Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Senior Merchandiser (Furniture, $1200, ID17011):
Maintain strong communication with the production, shipping, and purchasing teams to have good internal support
Negotiate prices and timelines with customers as needed; and oversee a variety of international clients to keep the growing schedule on track.
Price evaluation and computation.
Oversee foreign clients' visits and inspections when they come to Vietnam to complete or start a business relationship.
Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries from both current and potential clients in other countries.
Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service will generate prospects for referrals and intermediaries.
The capacity to adhere to stringent manufacturing specifications established by the client.
Work with the factory to guarantee testing, audits, inspections, and deadlines.
Requirement
Female. Under 40 years old
Graduated from university or higher.
5 years of experience in Customer Service position in Order Management at furniture manufacturing companies
Good at English
