Manage the entire order process from order placement to shipment and payment collection, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer requirements.
Receive, review, and clarify customer requirements, product specifications, and quality standards.
Communicate with customers and provide timely responses and updates on order status, with a target response time of within 24 hours.
Coordinate sample development, work with relevant departments to ensure sample quality, and follow up with customers until final approval.
Work closely with Costing,
Purchasing, Production, QA, LAB, IE, and Shipping teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Provide product details, material specifications, and packing requirements to the Costing team; review quotations, costs, and profit margins before approval.
Coordinate with Purchasing to source suppliers, optimize material costs, and monitor price changes.
Follow up on product testing requirements and coordinate with the internal LAB or third-party testing agencies according to customer standards.
Proactively monitor and control production progress, regularly visit production lines, and follow up on product quality and inline testing results.
Monitor material availability, production schedules, and potential risks that may affect shipment deadlines; provide early warnings when necessary.
Organize pre-production meetings and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production plans are properly arranged and completed on time.
Coordinate with the Shipping team for booking, shipping instructions, and shipment follow-up.
Follow up on order payment status and resolve any issues related to orders.
Escalate critical issues beyond authority to management and coordinate with relevant department heads for appropriate solutions.
Train and support new Merchandisers within the team.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the
Sales Manager.
