Job Description
Gather, analyze, and create high-level requirements
Develop features and enhancements on existing products based on defined requirements and designs
Follow given procedures and instructions to produce well-designed, testable, and clean code
Participate in numerous activities for building software products: requirement analysis / enhance UI-UX design / Scrum process / customer support / improve DevOps infrastructure / ...
Actively contribute ideas and efforts to product success
Perform other duties as assigned
Ensure the team adheres to the defined development methodology.
Create modular code and libraries for future usage.
To learn, grow, and improve with the team throughout the process.
Participate in product prototyping process, interface mock-up and GUI creation in agile environment
Prioritize features by ranking them against the strategic goals and initiatives to make sure the delivery of product, include managing dependencies in and across releases to complete release phases and milestones
Requirement
Knowledge and skills:
Possess Agile and Scrum practices
3+ years of experience on the React Native
Have knowledge in NodeJs
Strong motivation to drive impact by making product improvements. Comfort with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders
Understand practices for high code quality: maintainability, reusability, code reviewing, unit testing, etc.
Understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming, architecture patterns
Good problem-solving skills
Proactiveness (self-starter), good communication, and fast learning
Good sense of UX
Smart, Confident yet humble
Independent yet a team player with built-in passion, obsession, ambition and a never settle attitude
Team-building, build and be part of a great team culture.
Have built at least one or more mobile apps.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Education/Training Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related technical discipline required.
