• Building and managing the Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) portfolio.
• Customer/prospect marketing visits to identify the market needs and expectations.
• Participating in the development of products and services meeting these needs and expectations.
• Answering to customers KYC process.
• Identify potential extensions to additional customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop annual business plans for the NBFI portfolio in alignment with the objectives, strategy of BPCE IOM.
• Develop the portfolio by prospecting potential customers in the market and offering suitable banking services to the existing customers.
• Manage a NBFI customer accounts covering the following activities:
- Account and payment transaction.
- Managing the CASA and term deposits.
- Managing forex and derivative transactions.
- Managing others task related to the target customers.
• Assist in KYC and client on-boarding process.
• Prepare limit proposals in accordance with delegated authority.
• Prepare various reports for management review.
Yêu cầu
• Knowledge and Expertise:
- Good knowledge of NBFI clients and Treasury products and services.
- Familiarity with the general banking operations and its legal and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge in financial analysis / credit analysis.
• Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Target-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Good level in English (writing and speaking skills). French is a surplus.
- Active, responsible, team-work spirit.
Experience/ Qualification and Education
• Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Banking sector.
- At least 2 years of experience working with NBFI.
- Hands-on experience in banking processes and compliance with regulatory standards.
