Mô tả công việc
OBJECTIVES
Assist Non-Life Insurance Product Development Manager in designing the new products and cooperating with potential partners/companies to drive new market expansion strategies.
COMMUNICATION
Internal:
- With all key stakeholders: OPS, IT, Risk, BICC, HR, Finance, etc.
External:
- Partners/ companies.
Purpose:
- To liaise with all internal stakeholders to be a coordinator and implementer on all assigned tasks.
- To drive new market expansion strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop relevant product propositions that meet the needs of consumers and sales force of multiple distribution channels and ensure the competitiveness of Ideal Life's insurance products propositions in the market.
- Develop and execute plans for strategic growth and project management of new corporate strategy initiatives and/or new strategic partnerships.
- Research domestic and foreign markets to update information, new ideas about products, operation methods, sales methods.
- Working with partners and internal departments in signing various types of cooperation contracts (including drafting and negotiating contracts)
- Develop and build operating procedures, support sales team in planning to increase revenue.
- Work with partners to develop sales promotion programs.
- Coordinate to implement and manage the effectiveness of sales promotion programs.
- Record, support and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales program.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Line manager.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
- University degree and above, preferably in Business Management, Economy, Finance, Banking;
- At least 3-year experiences in the same position, preferably working experience in Insurance product development;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in both Vietnamese & English;
- Excellent sense of prioritization and time management;
- Excellent presentation skill;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
