JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to play a key role in our organization's data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for identifying reporting needs across various departments, designing, and managing data warehouse infrastructure, developing insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI, and continuously monitoring key business metrics.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
(*) Business Intelligence:
- Partner with business stakeholders across different departments to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable data requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and decision making.
(*) Data Warehouse Management:
- Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse or data lake infrastructure to ensure efficient data storage, access, and retrieval.
- Implement data cleansing, transformation, and integration processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Work with IT teams to ensure the smooth operation and scalability of data storage solutions.
(*) Dashboard & Reports:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Ensure dashboards and reports are user-friendly, visualized, and effectively communicate data insights.
- Provide training and support to users on utilizing and interpreting Power BI dashboards and reports.
(*) Monitoring Key Metrics:
- Define and monitor key business metrics, develop automated reports and alerts to proactively identify trends and potential issues.
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on the performance of key metrics.
(*) Automation Solutions:
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks within the BI function using scripting or workflow automation tools.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement automation solutions that improve data processing efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or related role.
- Proven experience in identifying and analyzing business needs through data analysis.
- Strong understanding of data warehouse/data lake concepts and technologies.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining data models.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and basic modeling techniques is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
