Responsibility Weight of Importance
1 Dormitory Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the executive dormitory, ensuring it meets high standards of comfort, cleanliness, and security.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
• Manage check-in/check-out procedures for executives and VIP guests.
• Address and resolve any issues or requests from guests promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies necessary for the dormitory's operation.
2 Canteen Management
• Ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene in the canteen.
• Coordinate with food suppliers to provide a diverse and nutritious menu.
• Handle employee and guest feedback and complaints regarding canteen services.
3 Vehicle Management
• Coordinate and manage the schedule for executive and guest transportation.
• Ensure vehicles are regularly maintained and in good working condition.
• Ensure compliance with traffic safety regulations and vehicle usage policies.
4 Other Administrative Tasks
• Assist in managing and organizing company events, especially those involving executives and VIP guests.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by superiors.
• Maintain and update records and documents related to the assigned tasks.
