Senior Officer - IT Technical Support

Infrastructure and Administration Support• Manage the installation, configuration, and administration of Windows servers, anti-virus software, and desktop management systems to ensure compliance with company requirements.• Administer the local and wide-area network infrastructure, including routers, network switches, and wireless networks.• Collaborate with vendors and users to support CCTV and public address system installations.• Manage network security controls, including file permissions, anti-virus protection, firewalls, and data backup procedures in accordance with company guidelines.• Provide technical support to all sites, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, resolving problems, and escalating complex matters as needed.• Deploy infrastructure for factory operations, including setting up applications and systems.Documentation• Prepare and maintain comprehensive IT documentation and guidelines.• Ensure proper record-keeping in accordance with IT policies and procedures.Ad-Hoc Project Support• Provide infrastructure support for project implementations as assigned by supervisors.
