Senior Officer, Risk Management

To support Risk Management Team, in partnership with other teams/parts, to implement the Enterprise Risk Management and construct a strong risk culture in SHLV
The essential accountabilities consist of, but are not limited to the following::
- Assist the Risk Management Team in monitoring and consolidating Risk
Management Information for timely escalation/regular risk reports to
Local Management and Group Office
- Assist the Risk Management Team in managing incidents/issues; ensure
root causes, mitigating/preventive actions are defined properly
addressed, and followed up
- Perform independent Key Control Self-Assessment reviews to challenge
the certification made by 1st Line of Defence and other requirements
for Risk Management Risk Management Team
- Coordinate with project owners in risk assessment for new projects/
initiatives; provide an independent view, constructive challenges, and
ensure identified issues are properly assessed and mitigated at
acceptable level
- Schedule and arrange risk management training program, risk
awareness activities, risk meetings/ committees as planned
