Senior Operation Executive

***** Import:

1. Receiving pre-alert from oversea, file manifest, send arrival notice to customer, and release Delivery Order to customer.

2. Contact with customer to prepare to do import customs clearance, update information for cargo release to CNEE.

3. Check import requirement procedure to import cargo and reply to customer, oversea, MSDS, HS code, import license ( if any)

4. Update related law

5. Fulfil Control table sheet.

6. Correspondence with other sections and our overseas partner offices.

7. Issuing debit note and send to customer for confirmation.

8. Others jobs as per BOD's requirements.



***** Export:

1. Make customs clearance

2. Declare customs through VNACCS/VCIS

3. Daily update data into company's system.

4. Assist and report to Operation Manager.

5. Details will be discussed more in the interview.
