Senior Oracle Consultant

Every day is not the same, and you might find yourself doing something different each morning.
About the Role
● Develop system architecture, manage interdependencies and break down work into detailed JIRA plan
● Develop architecture solutions to align software performance with business needs
● Develop and document data requirements
● Design quality metrics, quality management plan etc (e.g. using Sonarqube, 2 pair programming, use of CI/CD)
● Troubleshoot software for bugs, fix bugs if necessary and improve usability
● Manage teams of 4-5 junior developers, coach and train them, review their code
● Liaise with clients and IT PM on a day to basis (progress reporting, issue escalation, team management, dependencies management etc.)
● Perform training and support activities
● Develop testing strategies (unit testing, SIT, UAT, Pen Test)
● Develop APIs and other integration points
● Write comprehensive manuals and documentation
● Compile prototype and quality mockups
● Make sure to maintain high-quality design, experience and performance standards
● Occasional travel may be required
