POSITION PURPOSE
The Senior Partnership Executive - Agent Channel is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with study abroad agencies, education partners, and schools in Northern Vietnam and nearby provinces. The role focuses on maximizing potential student recruitment through a collaborative ecosystem between schools and study abroad agencies, leveraging partnership networks to identify, nurture, and convert qualified student leads.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Develop and expand partnerships with study abroad agencies, consultants, and education partners in Northern Vietnam and nearby regions.
• Work closely with schools and agency partners to explore and optimize potential student pipelines through joint school-based activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school leaders, agency directors, and counsellors.
• Plan and execute coordinated recruitment campaigns such as school tours, info sessions, fairs, and joint promotional activities.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive engagement initiatives to generate and convert qualified student leads into applications.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and recruitment teams to ensure alignment in strategy and communication.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on partnership effectiveness and recruitment outcomes.
• Represent the organization professionally at events, workshops, and partnership meetings.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
COMPETENCIES (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
Essential
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, education marketing, or student recruitment (experience in the study abroad sector is a strong plus).
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both schools and study abroad agencies.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and travel across regions when required.
• Proactive, target-driven, and collaborative mindset.
Desirable
• Experience working in the education or training industry is highly
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive both immediate results and long-term relationship
• Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-based performance
