📌 Compensation & Salary Structure
- Design and maintain competitive salary frameworks by job level and job family, using reliable compensation data.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary survey analysis to propose competitive pay policies aligned with company strategy.
- Develop and manage project-based compensation models, including performance-based bonuses, milestone payouts, and OKRs-related rewards.
📌 Bonus & Incentives Management
- Build and update KPI-based bonus matrices, allowances, and incentive schemes by employee level and segment (Junior, Mid-level, Entry-level).
- Collaborate with HRBP and business heads to align incentive structures with performance and organizational goals.
📌 Total Rewards Programs
- Design and execute total rewards initiatives such as recognition programs, long-term incentive plans (LTI), and ESOP schemes.
- Monitor effectiveness of retention programs and recommend improvements based on data insights and business needs.
📌 Operations & Reporting
- Develop and automate compensation tracking dashboards and payroll files using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ensure consistency and compliance of C&B processes across all departments and functions.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of working experience in Payroll and C&B, with at least 2 year in a senior or strategic role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; capable of building automated calculations and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking; able to understand and structure policies from an HRBP mindset.
- Solid knowledge of reward strategies, KPI-linked compensation models, level-based pay banding, and organizational structuring.
- Experience in a fast-growing or project-based environment (e.g. tech, startup, agency).
- Familiarity with HRIS, compensation survey tools (e.g. Mercer, Towers Watson), or internal audit/compliance processes.
- The job requires candidates to travel frequently for business.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
