1. Responsible for reviewing and confirming the shoe structure, new process and functional points with designers and factory technicians
2. Put forward modification opinios and suggestions on the rationality of shoe design and confirmation of shoe last specifications, and digitize them
3. Have a certain understanding of the basic production process, skills and material of footwear
4. Organize and arrange each sample progress of shoes, track the design feedback of shoes, communicate with the factory in time and solve problems
5. Responsible for the testing of shoes to ensure the process safety of shoes
6. Lead program, project activities and manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to design and PD team
7. Execute overall project management and work deliverable (eg, project planning, miletones execution and monitoring
8. Initiate and drive discussions with shoe factory to collect and consolidate feedback and gather input on solutions
9. Lead interpretation of project results and translate into insights to drive the project successfully
10. Effectively deploy project management toolkit to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverable
11. To assist PD Sr. Director achieving the team effort, building the team spirit and the effective communication with other teams
