RESPONSIBILITIES
1. What you will do
Own the end-to-end campaign operating on a daily basis including implementation, monitoring, optimization, performance analysis and reporting across platforms:
Offsite: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok, etc.
Onsite: Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tiki, etc.
Keep following and overseeing on-track campaign and make adaption when needed to maximize effective performance.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve traffic, ROI & revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, commercial to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
Communication with clients to make clear clients' requirements.
Work on strategy planning, media planning for brands.
Propose appropriate direction for brands on marketing fields.
Take lead and training for performance MKT team members
Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Understand brand and do reporting when needed.
2. Technical Skills:
Proficiency & good understanding in Facebook Ad, Google Ad, TikTok Ad, and onsite ad (E-commerce marketplace).
Understand of campaign setup, optimization and performance analysis.
Experience with Google Analysis or other web analytics platforms.
Knowledge about website performance.
3. Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skill and ability to think creatively.
Ability to organize workload and manage multiple projects.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Researching, critical & logical thinking, teamwork.
Strong leadership skill.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Background of Agency.
5+ years of experience in paid advertising, with proven tracking of driving results for e-commerce or online businesses.
Certificate on Media (if any)
Good command in Vietnamese & English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Good at verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.
Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies and tools.
Knowledge about CPAS and Google Performance Max.
