Collect, research, and analyze dataaboutabrand/product, market, competitor,andtarget audienceusing primary or secondary research methods.
Define ignition point and strategic approach.
Identify the correct channel mixbefore developing keyhooks and tactics.
Write comprehensive creative briefsthat combine market data, qualitative research, product knowledge,and astrategic approach to enable the creative team to produce innovative ideas.
Develop content plans,including content strategies, pillars, and angles.
Consolidatecomplete proposal decks,including strategy, creative, and other deployment.
Presentthe strategic part totheclient.
2/ Relationship (10% workload)
Prepare, participate & contributetoideation sessions and client workshops.
Work with account teams to identify new ideas and opportunities for existing clients proactively.

Business Development (5% workload)
Organize or join bonding activitiesproactively to promote the company's culture.
At leastone year of working experience in the position ofSenior Planner in an IMC agency
Education/Professional knowledge/Major: College/BA in Communications, Marketing, or related fields (Journalism, Languages, International Relations, Foreign Trade, etc.)
Good in English (professional communication)
Good in Microsoft Office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experienced in using social media insight tools and platforms is a bonus (e.g.,Facebook insights, Google Analytics, Google Trend...).
