Success Profile: The ideal candidate will have strong EMS planning experience, a deep understanding of demand and supply planning, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring customer commitments, inventory targets, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of:
+ Demand Planning
+ Supply Planning
+ Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
+ Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
+ Capacity Planning
+ Inventory Management
+ S&OP Processes
+ End-to-End Supply Chain Management
- Solid knowledge of EMS manufacturing processes including:
+ PCBA
+ Box Build Assembly
+ NPI Management
+ Product Lifecycle Management
- Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and operational performance metrics.
2. Leadership & Management Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing planning teams.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Material Planning, or Operations within EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), contract manufacturing, or high-volume electronics manufacturing environments.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain teams.
- Proven experience in:
+ Demand Planning
+ Production Planning
+ Material Planning
+ Inventory Management
+ Capacity Planning
+ Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Strong experience supporting multinational customers and complex global supply chains.
- Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, ramp-up activities, and end-of-life planning.

- Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience presenting operational and business performance to senior leadership and customers.
- Fluency in English is required.
