CSW Industrials (NYSE: CSWI) a US publicly traded company in NewYork stock market with approx. $6B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units - Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We're having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named TRUAIRE Vietnam.
We're looking for Senior Product Engineer responsible for various roles of product compliance, CIP & Projects Management to obtain optimum efficiency to meet customer expectations for quality and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Ensure safety, technical guidelines are being met to ensure a safe work environment.
• Lead the new product transfers & product compliance (50%):
o Manage technical engineering to complete engineering requirements of new developments and production which include tooling, JFT,
Tester, qualification...
o Responsible for Product technical database, Bill of Materials, MM accuracy and packaging instructions.
o Sign-off the production readiness (CAD approval, BOM completion, MM creation [protected info]).
o Work as Technical Antenna of the factory, co-ordinate with US R&D Team on drawings and product design.
o Make product sample following requirements from R&D, Customer.
o Review and audit CAD drawings, product costing.
o Work with
Purchasing team to qualify new material, new components, and new sources for Productivity Projects such as Value Engineering, change of supplier, localization.
o Work with production to transfer the engineering point from product knowledge, work instruction, and sample to Production.
o Assist in production problem solving, quality issues.
• Product Engineering (30%):
o Design and Development: Coordinate with design for products development to adapt to market trends. Translate customer needs into functional engineering solutions for safe and effective products.
o Specifications and Testing: Create specifications, design, and test methods for new products.
o Manufacturing Guidance: work with manufacturing to provide technical guidance on issues related.
o Team Leadership: Lead technical and small multifunctional teams, resolving complex engineering problems promptly.
• Lead the CIP, VE Projects among the plant (20%):
o Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
o Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
o Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the improvements to ensure that they are meeting the desired outcomes.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the improvements are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required). Must be able to communicate clearly and directly with the US team.
• 10+ years of related experience and knowledge of mechanical, sheet metal processing, NPI, Product database, ERP, VE, Process Control, Lean 6-sigma Manufacturing, Compliance.
• Background in mechanical and material science. Experience with metal plating is a plus.
• Collaborative, proactive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly.
• Bsc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operation Management, or any related.
