Main Duties: Drive product and business growth through strong go-to-market execution, campaign planning, and customer insight integration
Responsibilities:
1. Product Marketing & Go-to-Market
Lead and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches, features, promotions, and service initiatives across Be's verticals (Transport, Food, Delivery, Subscription, etc.)
Translate business objectives and product priorities into clear marketing plans and actionable campaigns
Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Marketplace, CRM, Creative, Digital, PR, and Operations teams
Ensure campaigns clearly communicate customer value propositions and business priorities
2. Campaign Planning & Performance Monitoring
Plan and execute integrated campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and service adoption
Monitor campaign and business performance metrics; proactively identify issues and recommend optimization actions
Work closely with CRM, Digital, Vertical, and Marketplace teams to improve conversion, retention, and cross-sell opportunities
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to support business decisions
3. Customer & Market Insights
Gather and synthesize insights from research, user feedback, operational data, and market observations
Identify customer pain points, behavioral trends, and growth opportunities across different user segments
Support development of customer journeys, positioning frameworks, and product messaging
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a bridge between Marketing, Product, Marketplace, and Business teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and operational realities
Challenge unclear briefs and proactively clarify business goals, target audiences, and success metrics
Coordinate with Creative and Content teams to ensure messaging consistency and execution quality
5. Operation Excellence
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination effectively
Ensure marketing initiatives are executed with speed, quality, and attention to detail
Support reporting and post-campaign reviews with clear learnings and recommendations
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing,
Brand Marketing, or Integrated Marketing roles
Experience in tech platforms, e-commerce, ride-hailing, food delivery, or fast-paced digital businesses is highly preferred
Strong understanding of go-to-market planning, campaign execution, and customer lifecycle thinking
Comfortable working with data, business metrics, and performance analysis
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Able to balance brand thinking with business and operational objectives
Strong ownership mindset with proactive problem-solving ability
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment
