Our specific team is dedicated to lifting the approval rate and building the next generation of underwriting across Cash Loan and Credit Card portfolios.
How You'll Make an Impact
Partnering directly with the Team Lead, you will drive approval rate while balancing risk, unit economics, and affordable pricing for the mass segment. In this AI-Fusion role, you will leverage AI as your default working mode to multiply your output, while using high emotional intelligence to keep our fast-paced, cross-functional team aligned and delivering.
What You Will Own
Product delivery & roadmap ownership
Own BRDs, PRDs, product roadmap, backlog and acceptance criteria to improve approval rate and drive new risk initiatives - across all sales channels and partners.
Coordinate cross-functional teams - Engineering, AGI, Operations, Marketing, Sales (and Risk / DS) - to drive the rapid delivery of product innovations.
Underwriting / Risk Decisioning
Turn risk and portfolio insights into practical underwriting strategies, rules and product improvements.
Work closely with Risk, DS and Engineering to test and launch new risk solutions.
Customer discovery & experimentation
Lead customer discovery through user research, interviews, partner research, and rapid prototyping/experimentation.
Run test-and-learn cycles (A/B, cohort, channel/offer/pricing tests) to address conversion challenges and unlock new growth opportunities and new initiatives.
AI-enabled delivery & governance
Build AI-enabled workflows for analysis, reporting, competitor monitoring and documentation.
Proactively surface risks, remove blockers, and drive on-time delivery; co-own UX & conversion-rate KPIs across the channels.
Monitor approval, risk and business performance after launch.
Identify issues and drive actions to improve the balance between approval rate and risk.
What We're Looking For
Ownership of the number - you own approval rate and the loss/cost trade-off behind it, make the call without waiting for central approval, and stand behind it when the numbers get examined.
Strong analytical, data-driven mindset - KPI / funnel/cohort analysis, unit economics, and comfort reading model and portfolio performance to decide where policy should sit.
Credit domain depth - you make underwriting knowledge transferable: document the edge cases, teach the reasoning, leave the team sharper than you found it.
AI fluency (AIF-2) - you use AI tools daily, design your own multi-step prompts/workflows, and automate parts of your role by default; you verify AI output and know when not to trust it.
High learning velocity - you pick up new tools, domains and contexts within days, and teach others.
Connector thinking - you join the dots across functions and turn scattered signals into clear, prioritized initiatives.
Open-minded, audacious, bias to action - you challenge inefficient processes, try new things, and learn from failure.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
Plus
3-5+ years in lending/fintech / consumer-finance product, with hands-on exposure to unsecured cash loan, card or BNPL.
Experience in underwriting/policy, pricing, credit lifecycle, fraud, collections, or partner-distribution / embedded-finance channels.
