The Job

We are looking for Senior Product Owner (Fintech, Trading, Blockchain) to join us. You will work with all teams to strategize and scale in-house products and platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work with stakeholders to build the product vision, analyze the market trends and users' demands.
• Develop the product roadmap and strategize resources
• Outline requirements, detect risks, oversee project timelines, and ensure clear communication with partners
• Define and analyze quantitative/qualitative metrics, acceptance criteria for the success of products
• Actively collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, QA/QC, etc..) to guarantee the product release.
• Reports and presentations to managers and stakeholders
• Ensure all docs are accurate, up-to-date, and readily avalaible

Your Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience as Product Owner/Manager in Trading, Blockchain, or Fintech-related
• English fluency (writing, verbal communication and presentation) is a must
• Strong competences in product management, master the product life cycle
• Ability to self-learning and adapt to new business domains quickly
• Ability to manage resources, have proactive mindset
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with Agile
• Bachelor degree in Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science
  

Nice to have, but not required:

• Had grown up as a developer (do coding before)
• Experience with System Architecture, Optimization
• Experience working with Algorithms, Quant Trading
• Strong in Maths
• Master degree is a plus
