Job Responsibilities
Ensure weekly and daily Master Production Schedules (MPS) are always 100% accurate and achievable.
Achieve and maintain at least 95% MPS attainment.
Ensure Shipment Achievement KPI reaches 98% based on customers' required delivery dates.
Work closely with Material Planners and the
Purchasing team to ensure materials are available to meet customers' required dates.
Analyze material and capacity requirements, and communicate any constraints to the Supply Planner based on customer demand accuracy.
Conduct daily meetings with the manufacturing team to review production schedules, make necessary adjustments based on production performance, optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers to achieve 100% on-time delivery.
Collaborate with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team on capacity planning to meet customers' monthly requirements.
Coordinate with the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team to ensure machines, MOI, and related resources are properly set up and ready before production starts.
Comply with and follow all procedures in accordance with the company's security policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics Management.
Minimum 3-4 years of planning experience in multinational or foreign-invested companies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Team-oriented with a strong sense of collaboration.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
