Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer to the one of the specialisations of Optics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Experience: A min of 3 years of relevant working experience in Production Management Positions as Supervisor, Team Lead or equivalent positions at hi-tech manufacturing.
Special abilities:
• Strong at LEAN manufacturing and 4M1E skills
• People Management skills
• Planning the production schedule
• Time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
• Performance Management (Yield, Productivity, Quality, cost...)
• English communication is compulsory, Chinese speaking is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
