Responsibilities:
1. Production Management & KPI Achievement
• Lead V-Fan & Improvement team to achieve departmental and company KPIs.
• Plan, follow up, and resolve issues to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure production status aligns with the production plan.
• Implement actions to achieve planned quality objectives.
2. Team Leadership & Training
• Train new workers and officers.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to the team.
• Supervise leaders and operators to ensure smooth, safe operations.
• Update and train staff in workplace safety regulations.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of subordinates.
3. Process & Quality Control
• Ensure in-progress operations comply with quality system procedures.
• Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
• Calculate takt time, standard time, and perform line balancing.
• Contribute Kaizen ideas to improve production processes and management.
4. Administration & Compliance
• Control departmental documents.
• Check inventory at the end of each month.
• Report production status and issues to superior.
• Comply with labor safety processes and company regulations.
5. Other Duties:
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role, with strong knowledge of small motor/fan manufacturing, assembly processes, inspection equipment, and production methods.
• Language: English communication and writing.
• Be proficient in SAP & Microsoft Office - Excel & PowerPoint etc.
• Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Communication skills, organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Can commute by motorbike to work.
