Senior Project Engineer

Support sales team to finalize when project confirmed, technical information and anticipate the schedule and execution plan.
Receive, review NPF Form from Sales Department, Contract from Sales and understand the scope of work, material specification, delivery terms, payment term etc... of the Project.
Coordinate the Project including the coordination of schedule, budget, consultant, client, etc...
Get information from customer to assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Arrange schedule and execution plan for the fabrication and delivery of the project, according to the delivery terms and conditions mentioned in the contract to meet customer's request and internal schedule.
Submit customer the execution plan and delivery schedule of the project, either directly or through the CMD.
Receive the RAD from Sales team, and work with Sales support team to enter CO#.
Receive clearance from Finance Department to work with Sales and other departments in any issue relating to Project.
Support CMD during the Erection Stage of the Project and to provide them Engineering assistance or other supports that may require to CMD by coordinating with the concerned departments during the Erection stage of the Project.
Follow up with CMD until the Project is successfully completed.
Create and maintain comprehensive project's documents.
Follow project plan to track the progress.
Make sure project runs smoothly with the best customer service provided by PEB STEEL.
Coach subordinates and help team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
