VinFast is looking for Senior Project Management Officers who are:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working alongside with Validation Directors and across all project areas to deliver vehicle program to Quality, Cost and Timing goals with particular attention to activities schedule timing
- Daily managing, supervising and providing technical direction for planning/scheduling activities on each department involved in car launch.
- Planning leadership of assigned Vehicle Engineering project
- Monitoring the completion of tasks and ensure good performance
- Planning, directing, and controling activities for design, development, and release of specific products within established program objectives.
- Distributing and adjusting workload and parallel activities to optimize program schedules. Provides staff with necessary resources, tools and training to effectively and efficiently execute required tasks.
- Conducting risk assessments of processes and tasks
- Escalating and managing program risks and issues
- Maximizing team performance using standard processes
- Leading technical reviews if necessary
- Preparing written reports and make presentations:
- Accountable for the facilitating and recording cross-functional vehicle/program decisions.
- Coordinate and resolve program conflicts. Drive countermeasures for all significant issues in the program
- Attending various meetings and action/communicate instructions
