Senior Project Manager

1.IN-CHARGED TASKS
· Having the role as project adminstrator to works directly with PPM, the Delivery Partner and other relevant OUCRU stakeholders.
· Participating in appointed meetings between OUCRU and the Delivery Partner to record written comments and action points, escalating sufficiently inter-relationship information across workstreams to help OUCRU stakeholders making decision then monitor allocated tasks to OUCRU stakeholders and control the deadlines to meet project's requirements.
· Maintaining and reporting periodically the project budget, actual expenditures and forecasts in orders to help FSIB making the timely decision. Escalating any issues to FSIB, CFO and PPM for contigent increases in actual timing, financial and human resource investments compared to budgeted ones.
· Checking and ensuring the Delivery Partner's payment requests are raised following the contractual payment terms and committed deliverables adressed in the implementation contract as well as escalating any issues that violating the legal terms in the contract in a timely manner to FSIB, CFO and PPM.
2. REPORTING TASKS
· Working closely with Programme-wide Project Manager (PPM), the Delivery Partner and CFO to produce FSIB Progress reports and papers.
· Reporting directly to CFO and Programme-wide Project Manager (PPM) as required.
3.OTHER TASKS
· Arranging and faciliting meetings.
· Drafting documents and action points in the meetings.
· Monitoring and keep track the task progression of relavent stakeholders.
· Training the users when the system go-lives.
· Develop the professional business relationships with OUCRU colleagues and Delivery Partner.
