Senior Project Manager

Verticurl, a WPP Company, is looking for Project Manager, who is responsible for organizing the Product Development team and managing the development process of multiple projects such as websites,ecommerce, Mobile app and innovative projects. The Project Manager is reporting to Production Lead on all matters related to the projects and has authority on all project development tasks within his project and his team members.

Responsibilities:

• To manage project development including but not limited to project planning, project budgeting, resource management, risk management, quality management
• To co-ordinate with Technical Architect in project technical matter
• To co-ordinate with Technical Lead for infrastructure setup if requested: hosting environment, Jira setup, etc...
• To co-ordinate with QA group to define/tailoring project development process, guide and train team members on software development & other supporting processes utilized and ensure the strict implementation of the process.
• To co-ordinate with other project parties such as clients, QA, QC, etc. to make sure that the projects meet clients' requirements & satisfaction
• To manage project budget via quotation and monthly timesheet
• To hold meeting in front of international client from the IT team to the Marketing team
• ·To organize a united team where all team members can communicate & contribute on assigned activities
• To produce activity reports for all operations of the team (monthly, weekly & ad-hoc)
• To approve leave requests for all project's subordinates
• To participate in the quarterly check point and annual review for all project's members
• To perform other tasks requested by BOD
• Participate in client visit preparation and hosting
• Bid support including but not limited to gathering requirement, providing estimation and planning

Qualification:

• Demonstrated 3- 5 years of working experience at similar role.
• Mastered at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others (Agile/ Scrum, Waterfall...)
• Experience of at least one software development lifecycle on Customer Experience & Creative marketing technology (ie, Mobile App, Website, Game, IOT, AR, VR etc)
• Experience of managing fixed price project
• Experience of monitoring project quality, risk management & EVM concept
• Master of at least one software development estimation method
• Demonstrate the ability to manage project/account complexity and size as described in Job Family
• Fluent English to communicate directly with offshore clients
• Software programming languages and business analysis skill are a plus
• Proactive and have a can- do attitude
• High sense of organization and responsibility
• Interpersonal skills, able to work independently as well as a team player
• University degree, preferably in IT field. PMP/Scrum Master certificate is a big plus
