Your Role: As a pivotal part of our team, you'll lead the charge in discovering, developing, and nurturing relationships with new customers. Your portfolio will include lighting designers, interior designers, architects, homeowners, real estate investors, project managers, and contractors. Your goal? To illuminate their projects with our cutting-edge lighting solutions, managing every aspect from budgeting and quoting to negotiating prices and deadlines, ensuring every lit space is a testament to our vision and mission.
What You'll Do:
→ Build & Maintain Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with a diverse clientele, including lighting designers, interior designers, architects, homeowners, real estate investors, project managers, and contractors.
→ Project Management: Oversee projects from initial budget confirmation to quotation, adeptly negotiating pricing and timelines to meet both client expectations and company goals.
→ Collaboration: Work hand in hand with various stakeholders and back-of-house teams, ensuring every project is a testament to our commitment to excellence.
→ Proactive Customer Service: Anticipate and address customer inquiries with speed and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
