• Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities in industrial and building sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle: quotation, negotiation, contract signing, and project follow-up
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners, Consultants, Main Contractors, and MEP Contractors
• Maintain key accounts, expand market coverage, and achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical consultation and propose suitable electrical solutions (LV/MV panels, busway, etc.)
• Support market development activities and contribute to brand expansion initiatives
• Track project pipeline, prepare sales forecasts and periodic reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
* Must have:
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in project sales (electrical/ MEP industry)
• Hands-on experience in LV/ MV panels, busway, or electrical systems
• Strong network with
Developers, Consultants, Main Contractors, or MEP Contractors.
*Nice to have:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
.• Good technical understanding of electrical systems and project sales process
• Strong sales mindset, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure
• Good command of English (written & spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to travel for business

Basic salary: USD 1,200-1,800 + commission + KPI-based bonuses (subject to the company's business performance).
