1.Build - up standards for
purchasing planning part
- Make working purchasing processes that can be apply smoothly across four stores branches in Vietnam and Indonesia.
- Maintain procurement metrics to track performance, the implementation and review the quality of purchasing packages.
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement practices, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements.
2. Purchasing Execution
- Process general Purchasing Packages as being assigned for all four stores branches to ensure timelines/vendor's quality and cost - efficiency.
- Work with Purchasing Parts of all four stores branches to complete purchasing procedures.
3. Other tasks
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing activities.
- Vendor research/reports if any.
1. Education: Bachelor degree required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a purchasing planning position.
3. Abilities:
Knowledge of Purchasing Planning Standards, Vendor management and Inventory management systems.
Fluency in English, an analytical mind with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Time management skills/ good with negotiation techniques, be careful, responsible, good at teamwork.
