A. Product/ process Quality Assurance

Review Customer requirements for new products or engineering changes to develop sufficient processes, inspection plans and control plans, then implement to ensure products meet Customer requirement right at first article stage.
Monitor quality situation of incoming material and products in line, treatment for products nonconforming, analyze defect and take improvements for mass production.
Follow up production schedule; arrange QA resource to keep on time delivery to Customer.
Develop quality control techniques and activities include Statistic quality control, FMEA, 7QC Tools, etc.
Assess potential risks, give effectiveness solution and ensure compliance.
Conduct training needs analysis and provide necessary training, qualifying to inspectors to prevent failure not escape to Customer.
Perform internal product & process audit and Supplier audit to maintain Quality Assurance system.

B. Customer relationship

Administers customer quality, quality issues, drives the process with production team to handle customer quality issue and respond promptly to customer request.
Maintain and improve responsiveness to assure information is communicated consistently and effectively for both customer complaints and customer requirements.
Prepare for Customer audit.

C. Continual Improvement

Review company's processes, procedures for improvement
Identify cost savings opportunities, and implement significant yearly cost reductions.
Lead multiple cross-functional Six Sigma & Lean projects to support continuous improvement activities.
Provide training in Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Root Cause and Corrective action methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Electronic & Electrical engineer is preferred).
Dynamic, high energy, multitasking, high initiative, creative, innovative thinker, driven.
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills.
5 plus years of progressive experience in the manufacturing environment, Quality Assurance in PCBA & SMT field is preferred.
Strong leadership and team building skills with proven ability to build relationships and gain credibility to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write reports & procedures.
Working knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO13485 and AS 9100 is preferred;
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certified and demonstrated success leading Six Sigma projects, Lean Manufacturing is preferable.
