* Position Overview
Bconduct Vietnam is hiring 02 Senior QC Managers to lead our supplier inspection operations and ensure every product meets international quality standards.
• The Hanoi-based QC Manager will lead an established team of 4-5 QC engineers from our office and oversee inspections at factories in Northern Vietnam.
• The Ho Chi Minh City-based QC Manager will start solo in 2025, taking full ownership of Southern QC activities, and build and lead a team of 2-3 engineers in 2026.

* What You'll Do
Lead QC inspections, support factory teams, and bridge communication with Bconduct's Israel-based engineers.
1. Lead the Team
o Hanoi: Supervise and assign work to a team of 4-5 QC engineers.
o HCMC: Begin as a one-person team in 2025; scale and lead 2-3 QC engineers from 2026 onward.
2. Factory-Focused Inspections
o Spend 50-70% of your time at supplier factories conducting inspections using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, roughness
testers, and VMMs.
3. Prevent Quality Issues
o Monitor production plans, detect potential risks, and proactively raise concerns about quality or delays.
4. Bridge the Technical Gap
o Ensure alignment between factory staff and Israel-based engineers on specifications, quality expectations, and feedback.
5. Work Closely with Factories
o Collaborate with factory managers and subcontractors (e.g., coating, plating) to ensure quality is maintained at every stage.
6. Coach & Improve
o Mentor junior QC engineers (Hanoi now, HCMC in 2026), promote standard practices, and assist with troubleshooting.
7. Track & Report
o Collect inspection data and provide clear daily/weekly reports on pass rates, defect trends, and problem areas.
8. Solve Systemic Problems
o Lead improvement efforts when recurring issues are found, working across QC and supplier teams.
