WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Senior Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality, fit and technical accuracy for all bra styles. Primary duties include:
- Establish and uphold sizing, fit and quality standards for all bra styles based on company specifications and industry best practices.
- Develop precise size charts and technical design specifications for each bra style. Make recommendations for sizing adjustments based on fit assessments and customer feedback.
- Perform ongoing fit assessments, wear tests and quality inspections of bras, identifying any issues with cup sizing, band support or other areas affecting quality, comfort or shaping.
- Review key metrics on fit, quality and customer satisfaction to highlight opportunities for improvement and optimize bra designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest bra sizing standards, materials, construction techniques and tools for improving bra fit, quality metrics and technical design. Remain actively aware of trends in fabrics, features and shapes to guide recommendations and updates.
- Provide training and guidance on bra fit, sizing and quality standards to ensure best practices across all areas.
- Additional duties supporting the design, evaluation and quality assurance of company bras. May undertake special projects focused on new bra design, revising technical specifications or fit assessments.
