Summary of Position:
Test and inspect products according to related documents and make the judgement according to specified protocol. Participate in-process audit. Report the deviations/nonconformances than Pet Safe Brands' requirement to quality engineers and other stakeholders. Work closely with engineers to follow up Corrective Action Plan.
Responsibilities:
• Perform product tests and inspections for outgoing shipment and semi-finished products as planned.
• Make the judgment to inspection results according to specific protocol.
• Conduct product/process audit per the arrangement of quality engineer/QA leader and report the deviations/nonconformities if they are different than Pet Safe Brands' specifications and requirements.
• Conduct the reliability tests and other tests according to the test plan and specification, Finish the test report.
• Record the test data and results and maintain the reports in Pet Safe Brands' Quality Reporting System and Document Center.
• Follow up with contact manufacturers for quality issue investigation to avoid reoccurrence.
• Monitor CM PPRs and corrective action implementation status.
• Other tasks appointed by quality engineer or supervisor.

Qualifications:
• Secondary education.
• At least 3 years experiences in quality inspection.
• Skilled in using inspection gauges/tools and international sampling standard.
• Skilled in writing quality reports, using Excel or other common reporting tools.
• Good knowledge of finished electronical products inspection and test.
• Experience of inspection of Plastic parts is preferred.
• Experience of inspection of cardboard products is preferred.
• Skilled in reading and writing English.
• Fluent in speaking Chinese.
Accountabilities:• Report the deviations and nonconformance than the requirements.
• On time perform the inspection and audits as planned.
• Supports quality engineer on other specific tasks.
• Communicate with Contract Manufacturer for corrective action or improvement action.
