Mô tả công việc
* Main purpose of the position
• Ensure that all Carlsberg Quality systems standards and methods, tools and process are implemented in accordance with regional and global agreements.
• Leadership role for IMS program covering quality and food safety.
• Perform Quality trainings and provide constant coaching to functional leaders and their teams.
• Primarily focused on consistently delivering finished product meeting all Carlsberg standards and specifications.
• End-to-End oversight from suppliers and incoming materials to transportation and distribution of finished products to customers.
* Job responsibilities:
Process Management
• Quality Control testing and release for all required chemical, microbiological and sensory analysis for starting materials, in process and finished products.
• Ensure investigation and root-cause analysis are conducted and completed for all significant quality failures.
• Advise and support the site management team on all QA issues within their areas of responsibility (incl. Quality investigations, risk assessments)
• Responsible for ensuring strong linkage with production departments.
• Monitor, track and ensure legal compliance to the Country legislation.
• Ensure finish products meet all Carlsberg standards and specifications.
• Stop work in any particular area due to quality issues - risk for food safety (Stop work authority).
• Provide detailed QA input into site Long Term Development Plan (LDP)process.
• Primary contact for all external audits and assessments conducted at site(s) including ISO, food safety and other country required compliance assessments.
Performance Management
• Delivering effective performance from all site quality and food safety systems and procedures.
• Driving improvements in productivity and efficiency of all quality assurance and control activities.
• Responsible for setting Quality KPI s at their respective site in line with Country, Region and Group targets (make proposal to be agreed by CSC)
• Ensure Quality KPIs are implicitly understood and managed efficiently at an appropriate level (i.e.: RFT, Market Survey etc.)
• Responsible for consistent collection and reporting of key quality metrics including all RFT (Right First Time) measures.
• Responsible for monitoring and investigating (as needed) quality related consumer/customer complaints.
• Initiates local Quality performance reviews, identify trends, initiates and participates in problem solving activities.
• Setting and managing Quality department financial budget (OPEX).
• Supporting and advising Functional Heads in Quality improvement projects (related to OPEX and CAPEX).
Functional Specific Management
• Conduct field observations, inspections, coaching and guidance, 20% of time minimum in the field.
• Supports local Management teams liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure their compliance with local systems.
• Advises and is a member of the local Crisis Management Team or/and Emergency Response Team in case of critical or serious Quality incident.
Driving Carlsberg excellence development in the area of responsibility
People Management
• Active participant in the site leadership team and regional quality network. Expected to support Group Quality strategy and initiatives.
• Responsible to ensure all required Quality training is completed and in compliance with all standards and policies related to QA.
• Hiring, Training & Development of teams in line with departmental and individual plans (competencies and skills).
• Facilitates SC managers and employees training and development (awareness, behaviour) in QA.
* Stakeholders & Relations (Internal & External)
• To establish clear expectations with key group stakeholders; provide ongoing updates of actual vs. expected performance of QA within the country; identify obstacles and solutions to performance problems. Coordinating and aligning activities with main stakeholders:
Departments in Brewery (B&P, Packaging, Maintenance & Utilities, Warehouse)
Procurement
Finance
Legal
Commercial teams
External
• 3rd Party Supplier and Contractors
• 3rd Party Product Customers
• External Regulatory Agencies
