Senior Recruitment Coordinator Full-Time 2024

Our Talent Operation Coordinators team works behind the scenes to ensure candidates have a positive experience, recruiters are set up for success and Thoughtworkers feel empowered to interview talent effectively. It's at this crossroads where details, coordination and data come together to support the broader recruiting organization and help the team meet their goals.
Challenges like a last-minute scheduling swap or an interview panel spanning multiple time zones don't faze the folks in Talent Operations. Instead, they're motivated by complex situations and collaborating with multiple stakeholders at once.
Job responsibilities
Schedule role-specific remote and/or face-to-face panel interviews to grow our vibrant Thoughtworks community.
Coordinate our Interviewer Readiness training program that empowers Thoughtworkers to become great interviewers.
Maintain data hygiene and use relevant systems to reduce manual efforts where applicable.
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure optimal prioritization of candidates pipeline.
Ownership of a great candidate experience through proactive and consistent communication during the recruiting process.
Play an active role in achieving Thoughtworks W+UGM hiring goals by curating diverse interview panels that provide inclusive interview experiences for candidates.
Responsible for data collection, analysis and its communication, including the distribution of relevant insights to both internal and external stakeholders within the TW business.
Job qualifications
Technical skills
In-depth experience with applicant tracking systems and/or scheduling tools.
Ability to prioritize and schedule candidate interviews in a timely manner and inline with role expectations.
Aptitude to facilitate and establish clear communication with candidates and key stakeholders.
Able to recognize opportunities for improvement to optimize the recruitment processes.
Being able to think analytically, read data, and propose improvements.
