1. In-Store Marketing Execution
• Execute in-store marketing activities across the store network in line with brand and commercial calendars.
• Manage in-store POSM, and display materials to ensure consistency and effective execution.
• Coordinate installation, replacement, and removal of in-store materials according to approved timelines.
2. Store Communication & Coordination
• Prepare and send clear in-store communication (guidelines, announcements, execution instructions) to stores.
• Act as the key contact point between Marketing and Store Operations for in-store marketing activities.
• Follow up with stores to ensure proper execution and timely feedback.
3. Vendor & Production Management
• Work with external vendors on production, printing, logistics, and installation of in-store materials.
• Manage vendor timelines, delivery schedules, to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
4. Marketing Program Information & Customer Service Coordination
• Manage and maintain up-to-date information on marketing programs, promotions, mechanics, and in-store activities.
• Act as the key contact point for Customer Service / Call Center to ensure accurate and consistent program communication to customers.
• Provide timely updates to Call Center on any changes related to program details, timelines, or store execution.
• Collect customer feedback and issues from Call Center and coordinate with relevant teams for clarification or resolution when needed.
5. Paperwork & Process Management
• Prepare and manage marketing paperwork including purchase requests, contracts, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure all documentation complies with internal procedures and approval flows.
• Maintain proper records for budgeting, tracking, and audit purposes.
6. Campaign & Performance Support
• Support major campaigns and seasonal activities with effective in-store execution.
• Collect store feedback and execution reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in in-store marketing,
trade marketing, or retail marketing.
• Experience managing POSM, vendors, and production processes.
• Good coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines.

Education
• College/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
