As Senior
Manager, Revenue Performance, you will support all assets by developing and executing revenue strategies, optimising distribution channels, and ensuring effective use of revenue management systems. The role is accountable for total revenue and plays a key role in the business planning process, providing tools, guidelines, and market insights by region.

What You'll Do
Drive revenue growth by optimizing pricing strategies and maximizing portfolio performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business data to identify commercial opportunities.
Develop accurate revenue forecasts and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
Lead revenue initiatives for new property openings, acquisitions, refurbishments, and takeovers.
Identify underperforming assets and implement targeted action plans to improve financial outcomes.
Partner with property teams to enhance revenue performance through training, coaching, and best-practice guidance.
Contribute to business planning and growth initiatives by delivering commercial recommendations and market intelligence.
Key Criteria
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics/Business, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred.
Senior-level experience in Data Analytics or Revenue Management, ideally in a corporate setting.
Strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the industry.
Proficient in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS). Knowledge of Central Reservation Systems (CRS) and configuration expertise is a plus.
Skilled in data analysis, trend forecasting, and driving financial success for the organization.
Work setup:
Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower): 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM VNT; Hybrid setup.
