Senior Risk Management

JOB PURPOSE
This position directs and supervises risk management activities and provides risk management consulting to support the LCD Manager and the Board of Directors on risk management issues, ensuring minimal risk to the Company's operations within the framework of legal regulations and internal policies.
JOB DUTIES /RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop a risk management framework/principles/procedure applicable to the Company.
2. Develop a plan and manage the implementation of the risk management monitoring activities within the Company, including:
• Evaluating/reviewing policies and processes related to risk management and providing assessments and improvement recommendations.
• Reviewing plans and reports on risk management to ensure compliance with the risk management framework/principles and providing improvement suggestions.
• Preparing reports after evaluations/reviews.
• Managing the progress of work and reviewing the quality of work of risk management team members.
3. Advise the Board of Directors, support, and consult on risk management issues.
4. Develop and implement training plans and programs on risk management for the Company's departments, including:
• Creating training documents on risk management before implementation.
• Conducting or supervising the implementation of risk management-related training.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of the training processes and programs.
5. Organize inspections and assessments of compliance with procedure and systems (periodically or unexpectedly).
6. Implement of all other responsibilities and duties as assigned by LCD Manager.
